Our Leadership
Tom has spent almost three decades in the federal space, leading some of the fastest growing companies in America and building scalable business processes, practices, and systems to accommodate multiple 10x growth cycles. As CEO of IntegriSys, he shapes the vision, mission, and culture of the company and creates actionable strategic plans to accomplish corporate goals. Tom holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Randolph-Macon College and earned a MBA, with a specialization in Entrepreneurial Finance, from George Mason University. Tom also sits on the Board of Advisors of the Greg and Camille Baroni Center for Government Contracting at GMU. In his spare time enjoys hiking, pickleball, golf, and watching his two children play soccer.
Dan's career spans nearly 40 years on FAA, Federal Highway Administration, and Air Force programs aimed at engineering safe and secure air transportation, integrating new concepts and technologies into roadway infrastructure and vehicles, and protecting our nation from harmful threats. As COO of IntegriSys, he oversees daily operations and promotes a business culture that aligns with the company's vision, strategy, and pursuit of excellence. Dan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Penn State University and an M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins. Outside work, he enjoys the outdoors, music, and cooking for family and friends.
